Unilever Management Trainee interview questions

The process consists of 1st CV screening, followed by 12 behavioral games, next round is interview with HR and an external consultant, one general knowledge test and finally Group assessment.

The interview process was conducted in a highly professional and organized manner. Both the interviewer and interviewee were very courteous. There was a clear and open exchange of information, and both parties demonstrated mutual respect and shared values.
