I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unilever (Lucknow) in Sep 2010
Interview
Submission of resume, Online Test, shorlisting candidates, group discussion, followed by two rounds of interviews. Interviews are based mainly on the previous work experience and around how you will fit into the role being offered at Unilever. Group Discussion too requires knowlege of the supply chain IT. The main idea is not to be with the latest in technology but understand the business implications of the technology you suggest.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Lahore) in Apr 2012
Interview
Unilever conducted a Written Reasoning Test on site the University Campus ( Lahore School of Economics). After around 1 month they sent me an email that i have been shortlisted for their one to one interview.Later they scheduled me for a 1:1 interview through email. But one day before my interview they sent me an email that my interview has been cancelled and i will be contacted later. After two days i agaiin received an email about the reschuduled interview. The interview was not that tough , 1 week later they sent me a rejection email and asking me to apply next year. The interview seemed to be biased about my no experience , but overall i would say that it was learning experience for me.
