First I went through an online application process then had an invitation to play some games on Pymetrics. I got feedback and result quickly, which told me I was not qualified. One month later, I got another email telling me that I passed the 2nd round and inviting me to take part in Digital Interview.

It was a background check. Some common questions like please introduce yourself to us and why do you apply for this position is ased. It a nice experience to talk to them .
