I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Dec 2015
Interview
Online application from what I remembered was long. Then some situational and numerical tests. Phone interview was the stage at which I got rejected. Was extremely difficult to complete, mainly questions about the business role you're going into and some competency based questions but had little feedback from the interviewer as I went along with my answers which was a little awkward
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Fayetteville, AR) in Mar 2015
Interview
Met with them at the career fair, filled out a profile on their iPads, as well as handed in an application. Got a call for an interview 3 days later. Was very laid back, the group interviewers were very professional and not so aggressive or intimidating. Was a great experience. Definitely nothing to be worried about if you have researched the company.

Question 1
Name one time you were in a difficult situation and had to act quickly
Online submission of application and online aptitude test, followed by phone interview then assessment centre. Telephone interview was mostly standard qns unexpectedly. Thought the qns were more difficult initially, so I ended up thinking too much before the interview as I didn't expect their qns to be much more straightforward.
