The steps so far have been resume, cognitive assessment, EQ assessment, and digital interview so far. The assessments were in the form of games, and the digital interview was through Hirevue. Beyond these stages are the actual interview and an offer.

They ask situational questions where you have to be quick thinking and form a coherent answer in a short period of time.
Went through a series of games to test emotional intelligence, problem solving, etc. Then had a recorded interview where case studies were discussed (there is a video asking you the question, you have a little bit of time to prepare, and then you answer with a recording).

The Interview process was online which required me to play a series of games and also have a digital interview. The games were really interesting and the digital interview was easy to operate too. However, they are taking very long to get back.
