What was the biggest takeaway you get from your overseas exchange experience?
There was an IQ test, followed by an EI test. Both were quite easy but very nerve-racking. I found it a bit tedious for the process to take very long - you had to wait 2 weeks for the next test. The interview itself was not too bad, I just did not really enjoy the group interview not because I do not collaborate, but because everyone was fighting to participate and contribute without actually collaborating.
