Ulta Beauty interview questions

Placed application, received email 3 days later. Replied for phone interview for following day. Recruiter tried to talk me out of GM position. Never asked me any questions. Talked about different positions in company. Stated someone would get back with me a week later. Never received anything, call or phone.

it was 3 interviews, one in store with the GM, one with another GM who had been a prestige manager, and one was with the DM. The in store was only 30 minutes. The phone interviews were both an hour long. A lot of questions on experience and "what would you do if..." so be prepared for different circumstances. Also make sure to dress in their dress code. All black, no skinny jeans, only dress pants, and proper shoes. Manicured nails, makeup done (at least 6 items on the face as per corporate) and styled hair no pony tail.
