Ulta Beauty interview questions

Very laid back, informal interview with the GM and DM... I would consider both interviews informal and very easy. Since I was recruited, I feel like they already knew they wanted me on staff since I have been part of the beauty industry for almost a decade. The DM was very sincere and was enthusiastic about answering any questions I had at the end of the interview.

Professional you have a phone interview first then a question type online test. After that you do a cut and color. Then you sit down with the salon manager and you both talk about what you and her are looking for.the online application was kind of tricky I was honest but they ask the same question indifferent ways.
