Ulta Beauty interview questions

Met with assistant manager and general manager at the same time. Both were friendly and the interview was straightforward. They met for a few minutes after the interview privately before offering me the job on same day. They asked a lot about situations you've handled previously in management experience.

I was briefly interviewed and hired on the spot. The process was very quick, I applied, and two days later, I was in training. Interview asked basic questions, nothing I really had to think about and nothing complicated. Just mostly about my previous work experiences and how I handles negative experiences there.
