Ulta Beauty interview questions

They are consumed with looks and your fingernails being painted. It appaers as if they want young women up front with the elder women working in the salons etc etc. To me it seems they wanted cookie cutters Barbie Dolls and this appears to be coming from the top. I felt as if they were hiring to make it appear there was diversity when they really {people of color} there is not too much. Still great discount great people to help you set up store and you may luck up with a great manager

Very laid back and relaxing interview. Most of the questions were generic to retail. Management was very welcoming and hiring process was quick. I was offered the position and accepted. I have now been with the company for many years. Overall great interview process.
