Ulta Beauty interview questions

You may be told that you are being hired as a full time employee and that may be true for about two weeks. Once your hours are posted and you notice the drastic drop, they tell you to build your clientele and you can have more hours, but if you have no clients you are sent home and have very limited opportunity within the store to "build". Please Beware...They will not tell you this in the interview.
