Management was scared of hiring skilled employees.They seemed overwhelmed by coworkers with as much knowledge and skill as managements. Although the company has a good culture they are a sales driven company and there key focus is sales goals as far as product. They lack customer service in other areas.

Pretty easy. They want you to work in all areas of the prestige floor though. Skincare and makeup experience won't be looked at too much. But they want you to feel comfortable applying makeup on customers.
