Less than 10 minutes. I first interviewed with the assistant manager then came back the next day for another interview with the store manager. Very easy and quick. If you don't know anything about make up like when I started, say so and just say that you're willing to learn.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
