Interview
I applied online, I called about a week and a half later to follow up on application. Called back later that day to schedule interview. I went in, it was a group interview. Mainly situational questions. 10 minutes over all. It did kind of throw me off but it wasn't to hard but not too easy. I still haven't heard back after a week.

Question 1
When was a time that you had to assist a customer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2012
Interview
In person interview. Asked basic questions about my interest in cosmetics and hair care. Described Ulta's "mission" and walked me around the store and salon. Introduced me to current employees and allowed me to ask questions. Was a bit awkward because clients were being serviced in the salon. The open floor concept is not very attractive as a guest. I also found the back rooms uncomfortable to work through as it was small and un organized. They did state that there is a constant transition of employees. Which left me wondering what causes them to leave. I was in Highschool and didn't know better to not accept a job offer that has large turn over. I learned very quickly why associates left.
