Situation, Behavior, Response type of Interview questions in which you would be given a situation and need to articulate what you did and what was the outcome. This could be around technical or soft skills

Process was very easy! Only asked me about my previous experience with customer service and then told me about the job responsibilities and what the role consists of. Also asked me questions like if I’m able to lift heavy boxes, etc.
