Interview
After submitting your application online you will chose an interview time in which you will meet at the shipping facility with other applicants to fill out additional paperwork and discuss the job requirements and responsibilities. Following the initial interview you will be called back for a follow up inter view to verify your information and fill out additional paperwork for a background check. The overall process is relatively quick (3 - 4 day).

Interview
I set up my own interview on the site, which was actually cool since I didn't have to follow up on it or anything. There wasn't much of an interview. She did ask why I chose UPS and if I was willing to come back to work if they asked me back. I was part of the last group to get hired and because of that, they only called me in to work for three days.
