Interview
I ended up applying for this job position online. Too much of my surprise I got a call for an interview less than 24 hours after submitting the application. The interview was set a week later at the earliest I could of made it. When I arrived for the interview there were about 15 other applicants in the room. It was a group interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Then there was a brief 1 on 1 interview that lasted about 2 minutes each. I was only asked a few yes or no questions followed by an agreement to do a quick background check (everyone who applies has to take one). I got a call on my phone two days later saying I had the job if I wanted it. I took the job and I started the training the following week. I was told on the phone before going to training to wear work boots and to be shaven from the lips down (no beards allowed if hired). The training was a 4 hours paid group class which mostly involved filling out paperwork, listening to the instructor on company rules and watching a few work related videos. There wasn't much to it other then trying on uniforms near the end. Overall it was an easy job that lasted a little over a month. If you're good in the cold and can lift somewhat heavy boxes you'll be good for the job.

Interview
When I arrived, I sat in a room with a bunch of other people. You are asked to sign in. No one had a pen. The HR staff doesn't really describe what's going to happen so you basically just wait until they come in They call you one by one for a short 5 minute interview. Afterwards, they ask you if you can come back for training.

Interview
The "interview" was essentially 2 mins with the manager asking if the info on your application is correct. Of course I replied with "yes" He then asked if I was interested in continuing business with UPS after the seasonal job is over.
