UPS Seasonal Driver Helper interview questions

You are in a room with about 6 or 7 other people. The interviewer explains what the job is and what is required of you. Then you are individually interviewed. After that you fill out some paperwork. They tell you to come back for the second group "interview" which is usually the following week at the same place.

It was 2 hours of trying to get you in the system and three hours of training in the same day and two days later they called to start working the same day. I worked for 2 months and some days they don't call when the driver doesn't need a helper
