First, an online test (typical logic and behavioural questions) followed by an interview with a project manager and an assistant project manager. The process took several months. Was told would have received feedback after the interview but it never happened.

Many stages for a graduate scheme. It includes cognitive test, situational test, pre-recorded interview, interview and group assessment. They said they would respond if I passed to the next stage (interview) before December. It is been 2 months now and they still haven't updated me.
