Transport for London interview questions

It's just an formality. I was the one of the top scorer in written communication and data interpretation assessment. Post that I had a role play, I was given a simple scenario which I believe I have gave my best but I was not selected. This role play interview was merely a "eye wash" round. TFL wants employee only from certain community/nationality. I believe they don't have any other better reason to reject me. It might seem that this is cry of a failure man, but here TFL failed as an organization not me. I know I'm way more potential. This is a message to my fellow job seekers who is losing faith in the job hunting process here in UK. On the other hand many people will say I am not following the right method to find job, to all those people what I would like to say is "You don't know the depth of the sea unless you don't dive" . one interview - with the manager who asked questions about my experience and was asked to say what i would do in certain situations. i was asked if i was familiar with the company and what i could tell them about it.
