I received a phone call from the company asking me to come in for an interview. However, it ended up being more like a phone interview than just setting up an appointment. The person asked me over the phone questions about my past work experience, whether I can handle working in an extremely fast-paced environment, and if I can multi-task and prioritize. After about 15 minutes of questions, the person told me they would like for me to come in for an in-person interview.
On the day of the interview, I was interviewed by one person who asked me the exact same questions that were asked over the phone. After that part, they gave me a skills test consisting of catching mistakes like missing page numbers, etc. on a translated document. It basically tested your attention to detail. After that, I met with another person who asked me more questions about my past work experiences. I ended up sitting around for half an hour because the person interviewing me had to handle some urgent business in the middle of the interview. When the person came back, they offered me a position provided I complete a 2 week trial period. I decided to accept it since I had nothing else lined up.
