About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Care & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a traditional customer service position. Your primary responsibility is ensuring homeowners have an outstanding experience after installation, helping us generate 5-star reviews, activate warranties, collect customer feedback, and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Because you will be speaking directly with U.S. homeowners, excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory. We are looking for someone with little to no detectable language barrier who can communicate confidently, professionally, and naturally.

You are friendly, personable, and confident on the phone. You can build rapport quickly, make customers feel valued, and naturally guide happy customers toward leaving reviews. You are proactive, organized, and genuinely care about creating exceptional customer experiences.
