I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toptal (Singapur)
Interview
The hiring process starts when you upload your resume to the toptal website after which they would redirect you to hackerrank for an online exam. Once you pass the exam, and for a PM position it is a tough and fast-timed exam, you move on to the initial inteview. During the initial interview, I said I have less than 2 years of Agile experience on IT SW development peojects, but that I had CSM and can learn fairly quickly . The interviewee said that it is their company’s hard requirement and she can’t move my application further ….

I applied online. I interviewed at Toptal (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
I think this interview process is very long, takes time and nerves. I was in a parallel interview with other company and the process was smother. I suggest them to work on this process, things are dynamic in this world
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Toptal (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had a 10 minute screen first. They were fairly quick to respond initially and set it up. Then an online test. I apparently didn't do well enough on the test to continue, but the next steps would have been an interview with an existing consultant and a test project to submit.
Here's the thing - it's a ridiculously mechanical process based on very specific answers in a career that couldn't be further from that reality. If you stumble through Product Management and always "perfectly check the box", you are probably doing it wrong. Many of the questions were like a rote memory college test format. I've been doing the job for 15+ years at multiple high-grade software companies.
I wasted my time here. Don't waste yours.

Question 1
The screening interview was easy - pretty sure they were just looking for someone with a heartbeat and half decent English.
