Toptal Project Manager interview questions

I think this interview process is very long, takes time and nerves. I was in a parallel interview with other company and the process was smother. I suggest them to work on this process, things are dynamic in this world

I had a 10 minute screen first. They were fairly quick to respond initially and set it up. Then an online test. I apparently didn't do well enough on the test to continue, but the next steps would have been an interview with an existing consultant and a test project to submit. Here's the thing - it's a ridiculously mechanical process based on very specific answers in a career that couldn't be further from that reality. If you stumble through Product Management and always "perfectly check the box", you are probably doing it wrong. Many of the questions were like a rote memory college test format. I've been doing the job for 15+ years at multiple high-grade software companies. I wasted my time here. Don't waste yours.
