It takes reminders for you to get a response to your email, they give you a case study assessment which you submit with yet no feedback. Until one day, they wake up and email you that they've decided not to go with because they have several options. How iconic! I spent hours on this case study which you obviously want to leverage without the intention of hiring anyone!

Communication is not well evaluated; the professional is judged only by his/her accent. they're not giving you the opportunity to truly make the case for your candidacy; they don´t provide clear feedback to applicants and turn them off
