The inteview process include 4 steps interview process 1 step inteview process with hr, it is mostly like screening process 2 step test 3 step with director of projects 4 step small project

There was an initial interview with the HR representative which was not for the job I had originally applied for. Then another interview that was at the last minute changed to be interviewed by someone that had a job below the one i was interviewing for. Bad experience for a company for that boasts hiring only top talent.
