Somewhat drawn out, but thorough. I appreciated the group interview with interdepartmental team members, and the opportunity to freely ask questions about their experience working at the Y. I also appreciated hearing their ideas on how the person in this role could best help their departments.
First thing is to fill out an online application. After they review this if they want to move forward with your application they will do a brief, phone call and an in person group interview. This is all completed relatively fast.
