What would you do if a parent came up to you for missing child , and what would you do if you suspected child was getting abused.
Couple of behavioral / skill questions related to the training classes. Know all the types of saves and when to perform them. Also, know how to answer situational changes. 1 short interview with the lead Aquatics director. Offer next day
