First thing is to fill out an online application. After they review this if they want to move forward with your application they will do a brief, phone call and an in person group interview. This is all completed relatively fast.

In general previous experience working with children and why you are choosing this job
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
