Hired on the spot. Interview was friendly, inviting and very open to conversation. Manager of store interviewed me. Overall great and positive experience! I'd change nothing in the process as it was easy and fun.

After developing a friendly customer relationship, the store manager informed me that they seeking sales associates and encouraged me to apply. The application process was online and took about 30-45 minutes. Once the application went through, I received a phone call to come in for an interview about 2 weeks after I applied. The interview included basic questions.
