Very nice and casual but also they delve deeper to find out if you are the right fit for the company in line with their visions, no personal questions but you must know more about what the company is about and what they do in the background other than JUST selling their products

Whole process took around a month, which idk, could be expected for this kind of role? Was very pleasant; the manager was lovely as was the rest of the team. It was a positive experience. Role play as assistant manager where I had to brief the team on the KPIs for the day (15/20 mins) and then achieve them.

I sat down with the store manager for about 20 minutes and had a casual conversation about my skills. It wasn't too stressful, just general questions about how I would handle customer service challenges or coaching other sales associates.
