The Body Shop interview questions

Sent my resume online, received a phone call to answer some pre-screening questions a couple days later. Set up a first interview with the store manager and then a second interview the following week with the district manager that was more in depth.

The interview process in Pakistan body shop was very difficult.They asked me very challenging questions like how will you tackle mad people if they come across you and try to mess with you, I replied I will act calmly, I will just call the manager for the help if I find myself in any kind of trouble.
