The Body Shop interview questions

I filled in a brief questionnaire and personal information online, I was contacted around a week later by email and asked for an interview. The interview was a 'group interview' - it was an hour long and split between two parts. The first part was working on the shop floor, we had different stations - demonstrating hemp cream and another product they had, as well as greeting guests. I was greeting people and then got moved to the makeup section. The second part was a one on one interview where I was asked questions regarding availability as well as future goals.

Very easy and relaxing. The team was very welcoming which made the interview process easier. Did a demonstration of how i will attend to customers, help them select products and pitch new products to them
