It has been a long process, I think 4 steps from the submission of your CV until the end. First 2 are online: application on the website, followed by online assessment of your skills (depending on the role it would be reading or numerical, or logical tests).
Then you are invited to a video interview with some questions regarding your background, motivation and knowledge. The last step is a whole day assessment consisting of interviews, individual tasks such as preparing presentation based on given materials in 30 minutes and then presenting in front of your future team. There are also group tasks, where you get the same materials to read through and each of you needs to defend one idea, so someoene from HR sits close to you and take notes on your negotiation skills.
There is also a drug test as a part of the assessment day.
