Tetra Pak Engineer interview questions

2 Rounds - Manager & Director. I was informed one week later that I'm the preferred candidate by the HR, but HR also mentioned the company can only get back to me in one month time due to their own internal restructuring. After weeks of consistent follow up with HR, HR kept ignoring and blue ticking my messages. I went on to email the Hiring Manager and receive no response. After 2 months, HR send me an email saying they no longer consider me for the position. Overall, a very bad experience and hiring process by the company.

Impersonal experience, many tests (practical and theoretical), no interest for soft skills, a bit aggressive compare to other experiences. Very long time until feedback is sent. Not clear with regards to training opportunities or development plan.
