The overall recruitment process is comprised of three stages, an online assessment, a two-way video interview and a in person interview. The online assessment consists of calculation questions, pattern recognitions, and personality tests. The video interview has two interviewer, questions asked are like personal hobbies, personal projects, and how you deal with stress and etc. The in person interview has another assessment, it's like a role-play game where you need to recommend solutions to a medium size company on where to build their new office.
