The process went as outlined on their website - a sample lesson, case study, and then normal interview questions. Overall, it wasn't much different from a normal interview except for the lesson, case study, and length

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teach for America in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview began with a 5 minute teaching lesson, followed by a 5 minute debrief about the your thought process of the lesson. Then you do a case study (you get the data and information beforehand). You make a proposal based on the case study (3 to 5 minutes) Again you have debrief about your thought process for the proposal. Than its 55 min of a interview about why you are interested.

Interview
Several steps; The first part of the day was a group exercise (including an introductory discussion, individual five-minute teaching demos for the group, and a mock-discussion of a policy surrounding issues related to urban teaching). This part of the day was followed by an individual interview and debrief of the earlier discussion and teaching demos.
