Teach for America interview questions

Fair and in depth interview process with focus on equity and potential for growth. Heavy emphasis on needing to continue with the corps post grad. I learned great project management skills but ultimately didn’t end up taking my TfA offer

Submitted application and was invited for first round with two interviewers a few days after. Standard first interview, friendly team. Was invited to complete a written assignment and then received email asking for my salary requirements. They were outside range for the role. Was not invited to next round.
