The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Teach for America in Jan 2010
Interview
Interviewer explained phone interview process and then went straight to the questions. Phone interview lasted about half an hour and went through questions about your organizational skills, what was the biggest obstacle you overcome, and asked about your thoughts about the 2 articles you had to read. The interviewer was really nice and did her best to make the interview as smooth as possible
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Teach for America in Jan 2010
Interview
The phone interview went very well, the interviewer was very friendly. Though we were instructed to read two articles I was asked to choose one of the two to talk about so I would suggest particularly familiarizing with one of the two. I made it a point to try and bring in parts of the TFA mission statement in my answers and I am quite sure this contributed to my getting the final interview.

Interview
The interview process was pretty normal. I applied for the position and recieved an email for a phone interview within 2 weeks. The lines of communication for setting the date for the interview went smooth. They asked typical interview questions like what was your biggest accomplishment and etc. I would say really study the company core values because they ask which one sticks out to you the most and why. They are really big on you knowing their core values
