The Whole process took 3-4 weeks, the process was: Phone interview, 1:1 interview, panel interview with activity, reference check.
I was an internal candidate so there’s a slightly modified process for internal candidates.

Interview
Very intense interview and application process. Takes months. First, you write essays about your interest. Then, you find out if have been selected for an interview. Before the interview, you have several questions to answer. The interview is an hour and a half, with a sample lesson and a case study analysis.

Interview
This was a multistep process. It involved an updated resume, short answer responses and a panel interview for this role. There were many questions about the corps members and MTLD's that I managed. There was a heavy focus on data and outcomes.
