Teach for America interview questions

The recruiter called me at the scheduled time and asked me a few basic questions, including "tell me a little bit about yourself," "what motivated you to choose your major," and "what is your long term career goal." Then, the recruiter gave me a general introduction to Teach for America and how Corps members will be trained and prepared for the next two years they will be spending with students from disadvantaged school districts. Finally, I asked a few questions that I had for Teach for America.

3 stages- application, phone interview and in person interview. In person interview consists of a group debate, a lesson you must teach as well as a personal one on one interview.
