Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Teach for America (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a phone interview. The interviewer did not care that I have had a lot of previous experience working with kids in a classroom setting. All they asked me about was my leadership experience in one organization.
