Teach for America interview questions

Interviewed at a career fair. After approaching the first recruiter I was turned off to the company. The recruiter simply offered me pamphlets describing the company and did not let me speak or present myself as a candidate before brushing me off. I approached on a different day and met with another recruiter. This time around the recruiter was extremely pleasant and the interview process was formatted more as a conversation rather than questions.

There is first a phone interview, followed by a Skype interview, followed by an all day group interview that ends with a one on one hour long interview. The all day group interview involves team strategy exercises, a sample teaching lesson plan, and then the one on one interview begins with a role play scenario.
