Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

I applied online and was referred by my STL. I have had the initial phone interview. The questions were behavioral. Including, describe a time when you made a mistake and how did you fix it, describe a time when you had to mentor someone, describe a time when you made a difficult decision at work.

I first was conducted by the Executive Teamn Leader at our local Target Store as a screening interview. I was next invited in for an interview. There were two executive team leaders present. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and consisted of 5 behacvorial questions. Afterwards, I took an online skills test which lasted approximately 1.5 hours (95 questions). I never heard back after taking the test and contacted the local Executive Team Leader to find out where I stood. Later that day, I received an email from HR stating they were looking at other candidates. You can learn a lot about a company based upon the interview experience. The fact that I had to call them to find out where things stood doesn't speak well how Target treats their candidates. Makes me wonder what it would be like if I actually worked for the comany....
