Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

I turned in an application to the college recruiter on my campus around November and never got any response until mid January. The recruiter contacted me and set up a phone interview with me. Afterward the interview, another phone interview was arranged via email. After the 2nd phone interview, a 3rd and last in person interview was scheduled. I met up with the Regional Manager & Store Team Lead where both asked questions and wrote things down. After a week I was given a call and the offer was made. Each of these interviews consisted of 5 behavioral questions.
