Target Barista interview questions

I applied online and recieved a call about a week later asking me to come in for an interview. I had two people interview me, one was the Director of Operations and the other was the supervisor of Starbucks. It was very relaxed and easy-going, it seemed like they were really looking for people that had experience in a fast-paced environment. Got hired on the spot afterwards.

They ask questions about your personal qualities, such as strengths and weaknesses. They give you situations where you have to explain what you would do right about the problem and how you could fix it.
