Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Executive Team Leader candidates must pass 4 rounds of interviews. Sometimes these are in person, sometimes they are over the phone. Interview 1 - Store Team Leader Interview 2/3 - Two District Level Leaders (ie District Team Leader, HRBP) Interview 4 - Group Level Leader (ie Group Director, Human Resources Market Leader) You will be asked a series of situation/behavior questions and a few others about your Strengths and Opportunities. You are scored on Scope of the story, Complexity of your task, Effort that you put in to the task, and Communication skills of actually telling the story.
