Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to challenge your boss?
Tell me about a time you disagreed with a policy or procedure, what did you do?
Tell me about a time when you had to overcome an obstacle to achieve a goal?
Tell me about a time you provided amazing guest service?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
interview was easy and fun. I really had a good time talking to the interviewer and it really made target appealing. I turned it down because I would have to relocate.
The interview process was very long and redundant. They ask you the same questions over and over with different people . You learn a lot about yourself and I think it was a good practice but also a waist of time and energy.
