Interview
Met through a campus recruiting event. Got an interview the week after. Second interview was set up a week after that.
Was sent an email that I wasn't offered the job, however was left confused when they left a voicemail asking for a followup call. When i did follow up they never called back. Also was called for another interview at a separate location.
Nice interviewers. Confusing process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
I met them at a campus job fair and they scheduled an interview with me there. There were three rounds on interviews done on campus and a final one done at their HQ. The interview process did not take very long, they only asked four questions in each round and they leave time for you to ask questions which you definitely should. They interviewers were all pretty nice, they really seem to be looking for people that are energetic, friendly and hardworking. Really make sure you emphasize your leadership skills in every single question. practice a lot before you go.
