The interview process was well spelled out. You interview initially with a recruiter and they are very helpful especially if they think you have potential. The further you get in the process and they like you the more they give you feedback for your next round of interviews. One of the most well structured interview processes I've ever been through.

Interview
Phone interview and several in person interviews with a store team leader, district team leader. Then final phone interview with a HR Market Leader of Group Director depending on schedules.

Interview
I had to go through a round robbin process which included multiple store team leaders, district leaders and finally an interview with the district team leader. First interview had two people, a store team leader along with a district support leader. The second interview contained two store team leaders. The final step was an interview with the district team leader at her office.
