I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (New Brunswick, NJ) in Sep 2015
Interview
The man I interviewed with did not tell me his job title, but he was very open about other things (he was only with Target for 4 days at that point). He was calming, patient, and encouraging. I applied through my university job board and was contacted for an interview through my account.

(It's a stock interview): Tell me about a time you gave great guest experience, made a mistake w/significant impact, had difference of opinion with someone but maintained a professional relationship, leveraged team/individual to accomplish something, deliver constructive feedback, took initiative to solve a problem, consult other on decision that would affect them, change day to day activities due to long-term goal, remained optimistic in the face of difficulty, gave up a commitment to satisfy another, received feedback you were not expecting and how you handled it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Clearwater, FL)
Interview
Very situational based. Very detailed. Wanted to know the situation I encountered, the actions I took and the results. Very professional experience throughout, I felt valued as a potential executive team leader at Target.
