2 phone interviews, then 2 face to face interviews. First you get screened by HR over the phone, then you get another phone interview by a store manager, then you get a face to face with the district manager, then you get a face to face with the group vice president

Basic interview questions, Tell me about yourself, Why do you want to work for Target, Tell me about a time you have to work with someone you disagreed with, Tell me about a time you had to work with someone you disagreed with, Tell me about a time you exceeded someones expectations.

Multiple interviews with 3 different rounds. Multiple store team leads and then district team lead. Situation, behavior, and outcome style questions. Give a situation and then provide 6-7 great qualities or behaviors you showed. Then how did your behaviors affected the final outcome.

Interview
Received a phone interview to discuss general, basic information (self description, why Target, 10 year plan, strengths and weaknesses, and possible locations to work in). That lasted about 20 minutes. Later in the week, received another phone interview (40 minutes) discussing behavioral questions.
